Operations are compliant with a programme of systematic monitoring and evaluation of the various aspects of fishing and processing to ensure standards of quality are being met, including official directives and specifications, and traceability through the specified stages of production, processing and distribution. Also compliant with the jurisdiction of the National Regulator of Compulsory Standards (NRCS), HACCP Protocol and registered with the US Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) and Compulsory specifications for Frozen Rock Lobster and Frozen Rock Lobster products.
